Taikang Mountain Ecotourism resort, Gaoming District, Foshan City covers an area of 4276 units of area. Relying on beautiful natural resources such as mountains and rivers, it highlights the tourism atmosphere of “sports health preservation, tourism vacation, business conference” and creates China’s original ecological resort. It receives 5600 tourists a day.
Taikang mountain is also a municipal forest park (rated as district level on January 24, 2013 and municipal level on November 18, 2014), with a planning area of 255.7 hectares, forest coverage rate of 78.11%, and an area of 199.74 hectares. It starts from guanjing reservoir in the west, tanli reservoir in the East, meihuatang in the north and lanshu’ao in Shitang village in the south.
